Terms of sale

Warranty claims must be made as soon as possible after the discovery of the error on the product. Email your complaint to us with a description of the error along with pictures of the products.

Sea Fishing Tackle Scandinavia AB applies and follows the Swedish distance trading-and consumer purchase act ” Distanshandels- och konsumentköplagen” in matter of warranty and complaint matters.

If the goods are damaged or missing at the time of delivery, there must be filed a complaint directly to both us and the carrier which delivers the goods. Save the packaging and take photos of the damaged goods. A file of complaint and photos shall be sent to us immediately.

You can make quick and secure payments at us with VISA or Mastercard. We use Klarna for card payments.

We offer payment through Paypal. You can choose to pay through your Paypal account or directly on the site by adding your credit card information.
For all Paypal payment, we charge a transaction fee of 2% of the order amount.

All our prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make VAT increases, currency changes and other price changes beyond our control.

For shipments outside of EU, local taxes, customs charges and VAT may apply.

Sea Fishing Tackle Scandinavia AB reserves the right to charge customers for the shipping and an additional cost of 100 SEK for non-collected packages, sent in return.

We strive to send your order within 1-2 working days after you place you order. During vacation season and certain holidays, the delivery time may increase. For items not in stock, the delivery time may be longer. We will notify the customers immediately after the order is placed.

Sea Fishing Tackle Scandinavia AB offers 14 days full return policy, given that the original package is intact and the product is unused and in undamaged condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment.

In case of dispute, we refer the customer to the general board of complaints in Sweden ”Allmänna reklamationsnämnden” if the dispute cannot be resolve between Sea Fishing Tackle Scandinavia AB and the customer.
