Ursuit X-tex Thermofill Heavy

The X-Tex Heavy Thermofill undergarment gets its most important feature from the heat-insulating Finnfill material. The Finnfill fiber was developed in collaboration between the world’s leading research institutes and polymer manufacturers. The construction is unique. The cohesive element is in the fabric in the middle of the fibers, where special fibers are attached. This makes the material highly flexible, airy and durable. The difference to traditional fiber wadding materials is crucial: Finnfill does not clump, it does not flatten and it does not tear even during prolonged use. Finnfill retains its properties after countless water washes without affecting the thermal insulation function. By laminating the Finnfill material with a breathable and waterproof membrane, together with the inner fleece fabric and the outer polyester fabric, we get a whole that brings underwear into a whole new era. The insulation performance of the X-Tex Finnfill base layer is measured by the international Clo unit, which indicates the true insulation value of the material. In the Heavy model, the Clo value is 1.97. The suit material, which is waterproof and breathable, is patented.
