The Hots Gipang Boil Shot 83H is a high-performance casting rod designed specifically for modern tuna fishing, where precision, control and endurance are essential. Developed in collaboration with elite Japanese angler Hideyuki Furuya, the series is built primarily for yellowfin and bluefin tuna, while also excelling for GT, amberjack and other powerful pelagic species.

The blank features advanced 4-axis carbon construction, delivering exceptional torsional strength without adding weight. The fast tip transitions into a deep progressive action, allowing the rod to absorb pressure and effectively wear down large fish – especially important when targeting bluefin tuna in prolonged fights.

The 83H is the most technical model in the range, ideal for working smaller to mid-sized stickbaits aswell as small-cup poppers in situations where fish are selective or feeding on smaller bait. Its lightweight blank provides outstanding manoeuvrability and precise lure control even in difficult conditions.

Fitted with Fuji K-series guides and a heavy-duty Fuji reel seat with locking system, the rod ensures maximum reliability and performance under load.
